NEW  OPEN  ACCOUNT  PLAN  CHARGES  -  MARCH 1

(for all non-prepaid invoices)

Our goal is to keep parts prices at their lowest possible prices.  HOWEVER --

In lieu of some changes in the banking procedures where we bank, the new FEDEX and UPS shipping surcharges, and the upcoming USPS postal rate changes, we have to adjust the account charges that we have to add to our Open Account Customers.

Those customers will be automatically switched over to the new %Rebate-15 Net-30 accounts on March 1, 2007.

Customers wishing to maintain their accounts by paying by check will be charged an additional Accounting Surcharge fee of 8% of the Parts Order Total, including shipping charges, on the initial invoice for their order. 

If this invoice is paid-in-full before or by the 15th day after Invoice Written Date, the Accounting Surcharge will be part of the REBATE put back into your account.

PAYMENT MADE THROUGH PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

Our preferred payment plan is through PayPal On-Line or through the Money Request emails that PayPal offers.  However, PayPal rates have been increased for processing payments.

If the payment is for a BUY-IT-NOW or ADD-TO-CART purchase, the balance total is what PayPal calculates upon the processing of that order.

If, however, we have to issue a manual Money Request or PayPal Invoice Payment Request, or take a Credit Card Payment over the telephone or through the website payment form, there will be an additional 5% of the total order added to the bill for processing through the Credit Card System.
